Can my admin and coach collaborate within ClarityNOW?
Yes. You can add team members as Agents, Editors, or Viewers. Editors can view and modify your portal data, making it easy for admins and coaches to collaborate with you. See How to Add a Team User.
Can I add custom tracking items?
Yes. Rainmakers and Editors can create custom tracking categories in Daily Tracking. See How to Add a Tracking Category.
What support does ClarityNOW offer?
ClarityNOW provides:

Can agents see each other's data?
No. Agents only see listings and transactions they are directly involved with. The Rainmaker (team leader) has full visibility into the entire team's activities through the Observatory.
What is ClarityNOW's background?
ClarityNOW was created by coaches with over 40 years of real estate expertise. The platform focuses on empowering agents to become successful business owners through Goal/Gap Analysis, Economic Model insights, and personalized reporting based on the MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent) framework.
Billing & Subscription
What plans are available?
ClarityNOW offers Pro, Business+, and Enterprise tiers. All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. See Subscription Plans for a full comparison.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Account Settings by clicking your name in the top right corner. From there you can update your credit card and manage your subscription. See Updating Payment Information.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your account remains active for a short grace period. You'll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method. Update promptly to avoid service interruption.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from Account Settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can resume at any time before the period ends.
Integrations
What integrations does ClarityNOW support?
ClarityNOW currently integrates with:
- Follow Up Boss — CRM integration for leads, deals, and daily tracking sync
- KW Command — Keller Williams platform integration for contacts and opportunities
- QuickBooks — Expense and revenue synchronization

Does the Follow Up Boss integration backfill historical data?
No. The FUB integration only syncs deals and activity from the date of integration forward. Historical data prior to connecting will not be imported.
Does the QuickBooks integration import historical data?
No. QuickBooks will only pull data to ClarityNOW starting from the integration date. Expenses and revenue recorded before connecting will not sync.
Technical
How do I clear my cache if something isn't loading?
Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). If issues persist, clear your browser cache completely. See Hard Refresh and Clear Cache.
What browsers does ClarityNOW support?
ClarityNOW works best on modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. We recommend keeping your browser up to date.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Most reports and tables in ClarityNOW can be exported to CSV. Look for the Export button on report pages. See Exporting Data.
Data & Reporting
How is GCI calculated?
For percentage-based commissions: GCI = Sale Price × Commission Rate. For flat-rate commissions: GCI = the fixed commission amount. See the Glossary for more financial terms.
How does seasonality work?
Seasonality distributes your annual goals across quarters (Q1–Q4). The percentages must total 100%. Typically, Q2 and Q3 are strongest in real estate. Your seasonality settings are configured in the Economic Model.
How is Net Profit calculated?
Net Profit = Gross Commission Income − Cost of Sale − Operating Expenses. See the Profit & Loss Report for a full breakdown.
