Updating Payment & Subscription Information

Manage your credit card, subscription plan, and billing details in ClarityNOW.

Overview

You can update your payment method, change your subscription plan, and view billing history directly from your ClarityNOW account settings.

Accessing Payment Settings

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Click Portal Dashboard
  3. Click on your name in the top right corner
  4. Select Account Settings

What You Can Manage

Update Payment Method

From the Account Settings page, you can:

  • Add or update your credit card information
  • Replace an expired card with a new one
  • Change to a different payment method

View and Change Your Subscription Plan

  • See your current subscription plan and billing cycle
  • Upgrade to a higher tier for additional features
  • Downgrade to a lower tier (takes effect at the end of the current billing period)

View Billing History

  • Review past invoices and payment dates
  • Check payment amounts and plan changes
  • Download invoices for your records

Failed Payment Troubleshooting

If a payment fails, ClarityNOW will notify you via email. Common causes and solutions:

Expired cardUpdate your payment method with a new card
Insufficient fundsEnsure your card has available balance and retry
Card declinedContact your bank to authorize the charge, then retry
Incorrect card detailsRe-enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV

If your payment fails, your account remains active for a short grace period. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Navigate to your subscription section
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

You can resume a cancelled subscription at any time before the billing period ends to reactivate it.
