Account Settings and Profile Management

Update your profile, manage your coach, view subscription details, and import data from your ClarityNOW account page.

Overview

Account Settings (/account) is your central hub for managing your profile, coach relationship, subscription, and data imports. On desktop, the page has a scroll-spy side navigation so you can quickly jump to each section.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Account Settings

Or go directly to /account.

Side Navigation

On desktop, a fixed side navigation follows you as you scroll, with links to each section:

  • Profile
  • My Coach
  • Subscription & Billing
  • Import Data

Click any link to jump to that section.

Profile

Update your personal details:

  • Name - Your display name across ClarityNOW
  • Email - Your login email address
  • Phone - Contact phone number
  • Title - Professional title (e.g., "Team Leader", "Broker Associate")
  • City - Your city
  • State - Your state
  • Avatar - Upload or change your profile photo

Click Save after making changes.

My Coach

This section shows your current coaching relationship:

  • Current coach - Your assigned coach's name and contact info
  • Change Coach - Select a different coach from available coaches
  • Remove Coach - Disconnect from your current coach

Subscription & Billing

This section is visible to account owners only.

  • Plan name - Your current subscription (Pro, Business+, or Enterprise)
  • Status badge - Shows Active or Cancelled (with "on grace period" if applicable)
  • Manage Subscription - Click to go to /subscriptions for full billing management, plan changes, and payment updates

Import Data

This section is visible to account owners only.

Import your existing data into ClarityNOW:

  1. Select the import source from the dropdown:
    • ClarityNOW - General Smart Import for CSV/XLSX files
    • Sisu - Dedicated Sisu migration tool
  2. Click Continue to Import to launch the import wizard

The button only appears after you select a source.

Reactivate Account

If your account has been cancelled or is inactive, a Reactivate Account modal may appear with:

  • A warning about your current account status
  • A Reactivate button to restore your subscription and access
