Overview
ClarityNOW's Refer a Friend program rewards you for sharing the platform with colleagues. When someone you refer subscribes, both you and the new user receive account credits.
How It Works
- Send a referral — Use the Refer a Friend feature in ClarityNOW to send an email invitation to a colleague
- They sign up — Your referral creates a ClarityNOW account using your referral link
- They subscribe — When they choose a paid plan, the referral is confirmed
- You both earn credits — Both you and the referred user receive account credits applied to your next billing cycle
Accessing the Referral Program
- Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
- Click Refer a Friend in the left sidebar
- A referral modal will open where you can enter your colleague's email address
Referral Credits
Credits are applied automatically to your account when the referred user subscribes to a paid plan. Credits reduce the amount charged on your next billing cycle.
Tips
- Share with your network — Agents, team leaders, and brokers who track production will benefit from ClarityNOW
- Mention specific features — When referring, highlight features relevant to your colleague (e.g., Goal/Gap analysis for goal-oriented agents, P&L for financially-focused team leaders)
- Follow up — A personal recommendation goes further than just sending a link
