Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with ClarityNOW in minutes — from first login to inviting your team.

Overview

ClarityNOW helps real estate professionals track pipelines, transactions, expenses, daily activities, and performance metrics — all in one place. This guide walks you through the essential steps to set up your account and start using the platform.

Step 1: Log In for the First Time

  1. Go to claritynowre.com.
  2. Log in with the credentials provided in your invite email.
  3. If you don't have an invite, click Register to create a new account.

Step 2: Complete Onboarding

After your first login, the onboarding wizard walks you through two steps:

  1. Business Information — Enter your contract length, ramp up period, and days on market.
  2. Team Setup — Configure your team structure and invite members.

Complete both steps to unlock the full platform experience.

Step 3: Set Up Your Economic Model

  1. Navigate to Business Planning > Economic Model.
  2. Enter the following:
    • Net Profit Goal — Your target annual net profit.
    • Average Sale Price — Typical transaction sale price.
    • Average Commission — Your expected commission percentage.
    • Conversion Rates — Rates from leads to appointments to contracts to closings.
    • Cost of Sale — Broker fees, franchise fees, referral fees, and team splits.
    • Seasonality — Distribute your annual business volume across Q1 through Q4. The four quarters must total 100%.
  3. ClarityNOW uses these inputs to reverse-engineer the activity levels you need to hit your goals.

Step 4: Enter Business Information

  1. Go to Business Planning > Business Information.
  2. Enter the following:
    • Contract Length — Average number of days from contract to close.
    • Ramp Up — Number of days for a new agent to reach full production capacity.
    • Days on Market — Average number of days a listing stays active before going under contract.

Step 5: Invite Your Team

  1. Go to the Team tab.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Assign one of the following roles:
    • Agent — Has their own portal and sees only their own data.
    • Editor — Can view and edit your portal data.
    • Viewer — Read-only access to your portal.

Step 6: Connect Integrations (Optional)

ClarityNOW integrates with popular real estate tools to sync your data automatically:

  • Follow Up Boss — Sync leads and contacts.
  • KW Command — Pull in Keller Williams production data.
  • QuickBooks — Sync financial data and expenses.
