Overview
To ensure that ClarityNOW loads the latest version, a hard refresh clears the browser's cache for that page. The commands differ based on your operating system and browser.
First, log out of your browser. Once you've done that, perform a hard refresh.
Chrome on Windows
Two ways to hard refresh:
- Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button
- Or hold down Ctrl and press F5
Chrome on Mac
Two ways to hard refresh:
- Hold down Shift and click the Reload button
- Or hold down Command + Shift + R
Safari
- Hold down Option + Command and press the E key
After performing the hard refresh, log back in to ClarityNOW and the latest version should load.
