How to Run Your 1:1s Using ClarityNOW

Use ClarityNOW data to lead more effective one-on-one meetings with your agents.

Overview

ClarityNOW gives you the data to run productive 1:1 meetings with your agents. Use the Observatory feature to review each agent's performance before and during the meeting.

Before the Meeting

  1. Navigate to Observatory in the left sidebar
  2. Select the agent you'll be meeting with
  3. Review their key metrics:
    • Goal/Gap — Are they on track for the quarter?
    • Daily Tracking — Are they maintaining consistent activity?
    • Pipeline — What's in their pipeline?
    • Agent Production — Listings taken, buyers sold, closings

During the Meeting

Review Goals vs. Actuals

Pull up the agent's Goal/Gap report and discuss:

  • Where they're ahead or behind
  • What's causing any gaps
  • What adjustments to make

Review Activity

Check their Daily Tracking to discuss:

  • Are they hitting daily contact goals?
  • How many appointments are being set and held?
  • Are there patterns in productive vs. unproductive days?

Review Pipeline

Go through their active pipeline opportunities:

  • Which deals are most likely to close?
  • Are there stalled deals that need attention?
  • What's the projected income from their pipeline?

Set Action Items

End with clear, measurable action items for the next week tied to specific metrics.
