Daily Tracking is where you log the lead generation activities that drive your real estate business. Consistent daily activity is the foundation of predictable production — and ClarityNOW makes it easy to see whether you're on pace to hit your goals.

Why Daily Tracking Matters

  • Identify patterns — Spot which days or weeks you fall behind and course-correct
  • Connect activity to results — Link your daily efforts to pipeline entries, listings, and closings

Your daily targets come from the Lead Gen Model, which works backwards from your annual transaction goal.

Accessing Daily Tracking

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Click Portal Dashboard
  3. Select Daily Tracking from the left sidebar

Reading the Daily Tracking Table

ClarityNOW shows your daily target alongside your actual activities so you can see at a glance whether you're on pace. The conversion funnel flows:

Dials → Contacts → Appointments Set → Appointments Held → Agreements Signed → Sold → Closed

This funnel is tracked separately for listings and buyers.

Team Rollup (For Team Leaders)

If you manage a team, Daily Tracking aggregates activity across all agents. You can:

Tips for Consistent Tracking

  • Track daily — Enter your numbers at the end of each business day for the most accurate data
  • Don't skip days — Gaps in tracking make it harder to identify trends and measure progress
  • Use backfilling — If you miss a day, you can always go back and enter previous dates
  • Review weekly — Look at your weekly totals every Monday to identify patterns
