Overview
The Lead Gen & Conversions Report shows how effectively your team moves prospects through each stage of the sales funnel. Instead of just counting activities, this report reveals conversion rates between stages — helping you pinpoint exactly where deals are being won or lost.
This report requires a Standard plan or higher.
Accessing the Report
- Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Select Lead Gen & Conversions
Report Tabs
The report is organized into four tabs, each focusing on a different part of your funnel.
Listings Tab
Tracks the listing side of your funnel through four conversion stages:
- Contacts → Listing Appointments Set — How many contacts turned into scheduled listing appointments
- Listing Appointments Set → Held — How many scheduled appointments actually took place
- Listing Appointments Held → Taken — How many held appointments resulted in a signed listing
- Listings Taken → Pended — How many signed listings went under contract
Each stage shows the agent name, the count at each end of the funnel, and the conversion rate.
Buyers Tab
Tracks the buyer side of your funnel through four conversion stages:
- Contacts → Buyer Appointments Set — How many contacts turned into scheduled buyer appointments
- Buyer Appointments Set → Held — How many scheduled appointments actually took place
- Buyer Appointments Held → Signed — How many held appointments resulted in a signed buyer agreement
- Buyers Signed → Pended — How many signed buyers went under contract
Conversions Tab
Focuses on top-of-funnel activity:
- Dials → Contacts — How many dials resulted in a live contact
- Shows each team member's dials, contacts, and conversion percentage
This is a key leading indicator. If dial-to-contact ratios are low, it may signal issues with call timing, scripts, or lead quality.
Custom Tracking Sources Tab
Displays any custom tracking categories you have configured. Each source appears as its own card showing agent-level values. This is useful for tracking metrics unique to your business that don't fit into the standard funnel stages.
Filtering the Report
- Date Range — Select from presets (Current Year, Current Month, Last 7 Days, Last 3 Months) or set custom start and end dates
- View Toggle — Switch between Conversion % and Ratio to see data in the format you prefer
How to Use This Report
- Identify bottleneck stages — If appointments held-to-taken conversion is low, focus coaching on presentation skills
- Compare agents — See which team members excel at each funnel stage and pair them for mentoring
- Track improvement — Use date range filters to compare conversion rates week over week or month over month
- Set benchmarks — Establish team conversion targets for each stage and review progress in team meetings
