How to Read and Use the Lead Sources Report

Analyze the performance and ROI of each lead source across your team.

Overview

The Lead Sources Report shows how each of your lead sources is performing in terms of units, GCI, and gross profit. Use it to understand which sources are driving real results and which may need to be re-evaluated.

This report requires a Standard plan or higher.

Accessing the Report

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Click Reports in the left sidebar
  3. Select Lead Sources

Report Sections

Team Lead Source Report

Shows aggregated performance for your entire team, broken down by lead source. Each row displays:

Pending UnitsNumber of deals currently under contract
Pending GCIGross commission income from pending deals
Pending Gross ProfitEstimated profit from pending deals
Closed UnitsNumber of closed transactions
Closed GCIGross commission income from closed deals
Closed Gross ProfitActual profit from closed deals
Total UnitsCombined pending and closed
Total GCICombined pending and closed GCI
Total Gross ProfitCombined pending and closed profit

Sources without a name assigned will appear as "No Source".

Agent Lead Source Report

Available to team owners only. This section shows the same metrics filtered to a single agent. Select an agent from the dropdown to view their individual source performance.

Agent GCI and Gross Profit in this section are calculated based on the agent's split, not the full team GCI.

Filtering the Report

  • Sale Type — Filter by All Sale Types, Listing, or Buyer to isolate source performance by transaction side
  • Date Range — Select from presets or set custom start and end dates
  • Agent — (Agent report only) Select a specific team member

How to Use This Report

  • Evaluate ROI — Compare the gross profit from each source against what you spend on it to determine true return on investment
  • Reallocate budget — Shift marketing spend toward sources producing the highest profit per unit
  • Identify trends — Track source performance over different time periods to spot seasonal patterns
  • Coach agents — See which agents convert well from specific sources and share best practices with the team

Exporting

Click the Export button at the top of either report section to download the data as a CSV file for further analysis or sharing.
