How to Add Activity to Daily Tracking

Log your daily lead generation activities into ClarityNOW step by step.

Overview

Adding daily activity entries keeps your tracking data current and your reports accurate. This guide walks through each step and explains what each field means.

How to Add a Daily Entry

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Click Portal Dashboard
  3. Select Daily Tracking from the left sidebar
  4. Click New to create a new entry
  5. Select the date (use the date dropdown — you can select a previous date for backfilling)
  6. Enter your activity numbers in each field
  7. Click Submit

Tracking Sources

Each daily entry can be tagged with one or more tracking sources (e.g., "Zillow", "Referral", "Open House") along with a value for each. This enables source-level ROI analysis in the Lead Gen & Conversions Report.

Backfilling Previous Days

You can enter activity for past dates:

  1. Click New
  2. Use the date dropdown to select the previous date
  3. Enter the activity numbers for that day
  4. Click Submit

This is useful when you forget to log activity on a particular day or when entering data on behalf of a team member.

Tips

  • Be consistent — Enter tracking data at the same time each day to build a habit
  • Be honest — Accurate data leads to accurate insights. Don't inflate numbers
  • Use the FUB integration — If you use Follow Up Boss, call data and appointment data sync automatically every 5 minutes, reducing manual entry
  • Custom categories — Rainmakers and editors can add custom tracking categories for metrics specific to your team
