Overview
Adding daily activity entries keeps your tracking data current and your reports accurate. This guide walks through each step and explains what each field means.
How to Add a Daily Entry
- Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
- Click Portal Dashboard
- Select Daily Tracking from the left sidebar
- Click New to create a new entry
- Select the date (use the date dropdown — you can select a previous date for backfilling)
- Enter your activity numbers in each field
- Click Submit
Field-by-Field Breakdown

| Hours | Total hours worked today | Include prospecting, appointments, admin, and showing time |
| Dials | Number of outbound calls | Count calls lasting 60 seconds or longer — quick hangups don't count |
| Contacts | Meaningful conversations | A conversation of 60+ seconds where you connected with the person |
| Listing Nurtures | Seller leads nurtured | Seller leads you actively followed up with today |
| Listings Set | Listing appointments booked | New listing appointments scheduled for future dates |
| Listings Held | Listing appointments attended | Listing presentations you gave today |
| Listings Taken | Listing agreements signed | Sellers who signed a listing agreement with you today |
| Listings Sold | Listings that went under contract | Your listings that received accepted offers today |
| Buyer Nurtures | Buyer leads nurtured | Buyer leads you actively followed up with today |
| Buyers Set | Buyer appointments booked | New buyer consultations scheduled |
| Buyers Held | Buyer appointments attended | Buyer consultations you held today |
| Buyers Signed | Buyer agreements signed | Buyers who signed a buyer agreement today |
| Buyers Sold | Buyers that went under contract | Your buyers whose offers were accepted today |
| Price Corrections | Price changes made | Listing price adjustments submitted today |

Tracking Sources
Each daily entry can be tagged with one or more tracking sources (e.g., "Zillow", "Referral", "Open House") along with a value for each. This enables source-level ROI analysis in the Lead Gen & Conversions Report.
Backfilling Previous Days
You can enter activity for past dates:
- Click New
- Use the date dropdown to select the previous date
- Enter the activity numbers for that day
- Click Submit
This is useful when you forget to log activity on a particular day or when entering data on behalf of a team member.
Tips
- Be consistent — Enter tracking data at the same time each day to build a habit
- Be honest — Accurate data leads to accurate insights. Don't inflate numbers
- Use the FUB integration — If you use Follow Up Boss, call data and appointment data sync automatically every 5 minutes, reducing manual entry
- Custom categories — Rainmakers and editors can add custom tracking categories for metrics specific to your team
