Overview

The Follow Up Boss (FUB) integration keeps your ClarityNOW goals, reporting, and P&L accurate by syncing deals and activity from FUB — without spreadsheets.

What You Get

What You Still Do Manually

Connecting Follow Up Boss

  1. In ClarityNOW, open Dashboard > Tools & Integrations
  2. Choose Follow Up Boss Integration > Launch
  3. Click Start Integration
  4. In Follow Up Boss, go to Admin > Integrations > API Keys & Lead Email
  5. Click Create API Key, name it "ClarityNOW", and copy the key
  6. Back in ClarityNOW, paste the API key and click Save
  7. Click Complete Integration to register webhooks and create custom fields

Step 2: Configure Pipelines & Stages

Choose Which Deals Auto-Sync

For each FUB pipeline and stage, toggle Yes/No to include it in auto-sync. Custom pipelines and stages appear automatically.

Map FUB Stages to ClarityNOW Statuses

Use Deal Stage Mapping to point FUB stages to ClarityNOW statuses (e.g., map "Offers", "Contract", and "Pending" to ClarityNOW's "Pending" status).

Step 3: Daily Tracking Mapping

  1. In FUB, define your Appointment Types in Calendar
  2. In ClarityNOW Daily Tracking Mapping, map each FUB appointment type to the corresponding tracking metric
  3. Custom tracking categories can also be mapped

Working with Deals

From FUB to ClarityNOW

  1. Create or update a Deal in FUB
  2. Within a minute, ClarityNOW creates a transaction with status Incomplete
  3. Open the transaction and finish: Address, Cost of Sale, and commission splits
  4. Click Save to complete

From ClarityNOW to FUB

On any transaction, click the Follow Up Boss button to Create Deal in FUB or Find & Link Deal to connect an existing one.

The FUB Sidebar

Access via Integrations > Follow Up Boss for tabs showing:

  • Contacts — Search and browse FUB contacts; create listings or transactions
  • Leads — View synced leads
  • Tasks — See FUB tasks while working in ClarityNOW
  • Deals — Filter by pipeline/stage, open deals, create transactions

Team Functionality

  • Each agent connects their own FUB API key
  • Agent updates flow to their ClarityNOW accounts and roll up to the Rainmaker
  • Agents see only their data; leaders see company-wide plus per-agent via Observatory

FAQs

Does the integration backfill older deals? No. Link them manually via Find & Link Deal or create transactions from the FUB Sidebar.

Why isn't the property address auto-filled? FUB contacts can hold multiple addresses. Choose the correct one via Search FUB or type it manually.

How fast is syncing? Deals process every minute; Daily Tracking updates every 5 minutes.

Can I control which FUB stages sync? Yes. Toggle stages in Integration Settings and map them to ClarityNOW statuses.
