Overview
Leaderboards rank your team members by performance metrics, giving everyone visibility into where they stand. Use them in team meetings, on office displays, or as part of structured competitions to drive accountability and motivation.
Accessing Leaderboards
- Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Select Leaderboards
Types of Leaderboards
Team Leaderboards
Show global rankings across your entire team. Team members are ranked by their performance metrics, making it easy to see top performers at a glance.
Competition Leaderboards
Tied to specific competitions you create in ClarityNOW. Each competition has its own leaderboard tracking the metrics and time period defined for that contest.
To view a competition leaderboard:
- Navigate to Competitions
- Select an active competition
- Click Leaderboard
Full-Screen Display Mode
Leaderboards can be opened in a full-screen view, making them ideal for displaying on a TV or monitor in your office. This view auto-updates so rankings stay current throughout the day.
How to Use Leaderboards
- Team meetings — Pull up the leaderboard at the start of each meeting to celebrate top performers and create friendly competition
- Office displays — Use full-screen mode on a shared monitor so the team always knows where they stand
- Competitions — Create time-bound contests around specific metrics to boost activity during key periods
- 1:1 coaching — Reference an agent's leaderboard position to set improvement goals and track progress
