Company Dashboard (Vital Signs)

Use the Company Dashboard to monitor key business metrics, cash flow forecasts, and team health at a glance.

Overview

The Company Dashboard (also called Vital Signs) is your at-a-glance business command center. It consolidates the most important metrics into summary cards, cash flow projections, and a health check widget.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log in to ClarityNOW.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard in the left sidebar.

The Dashboard is also the default landing page after login.

Summary Cards

The top of the dashboard displays four summary cards:

  • Units — Count of transactions by status (active, pending, closed).
  • GCI — Gross Commission Income totals.
  • Volume — Total sale/listing price value.
  • Profits — Monthly gross GCI.

Cash Flow Forecasting

The dashboard projects incoming GCI based on transaction close dates:

  • 14-Day Forecast — Sum of GCI from transactions closing within 14 days.
  • 30-Day Forecast — Within 30 days.
  • 60-Day Forecast — Within 60 days.
  • 90-Day Forecast — Within 90 days.

Use these forecasts to plan expenses, make hiring decisions, and manage cash flow.

Profit Goal Tracking

If you have an Economic Model configured, the dashboard displays monthly profit goals based on seasonality.

Formula:

Monthly Goal = (Annual GCI x Seasonality Quarter %) / 3

Progress bars show how actual performance compares to goals.

For instructions on setting up your Economic Model, see Economic Model.

Health Check Widget

The Health Check reviews your last 10 days of activity across five areas:

  • Daily tracking items submitted
  • Pipelines created
  • Listings added
  • Transactions recorded
  • Expenses logged

Green indicators mean you are staying active. Gaps may indicate areas needing attention.

Tips

  • Check the dashboard daily to stay on top of your pipeline and cash flow.
  • Use the 14-day forecast to anticipate near-term income.
  • Review the health check weekly to ensure consistent activity across all areas.
