Overview
The ClarityOPS Dashboard (/ops) is your command center for transaction coordination. It brings the most urgent stuff to the surface so you can prioritize your day without clicking into individual workflows.
- See overdue and due-today tasks at a glance
- Monitor active transactions with progress bars
- Track upcoming closings within a 30-day window
- View pipeline health with a stacked bar chart
Stat Cards
Four cards across the top of the dashboard:
- Overdue Tasks - Tasks past their due date
- Due Today - Tasks that still need attention today
- Active Transactions - Workflows currently in progress
- Closing Soon - Transactions closing within 30 days
Overdue Task Alert
If you have overdue tasks, a prominent alert banner shows up below the stat cards. Click it to jump straight to your overdue tasks.
Today's Tasks
Shows up to 5 tasks due today. Each task displays the workflow name, task name, and priority. You can complete tasks inline by clicking the checkbox, so you don't have to open the full workflow.
Active Transactions
A list of your active workflows, each showing:
- Workflow name and associated transaction
- Status badge (Active, Paused)
- Progress bar showing completed vs. total tasks
- Click any workflow to open its detail page
Upcoming Closings
A sidebar panel listing transactions closing in the next 30 days, sorted by closing date. Entries are color-coded by urgency:
- Red - Closing within 7 days
- Yellow - Closing within 14 days
- Default - Closing within 30 days
Pipeline Breakdown
A stacked bar chart showing the distribution of workflows by status:
- Active - In progress
- Paused - Temporarily on hold
- Completed - Finished workflows
This gives you a quick read on pipeline health and workload balance.
Gmail Connection Status
A small widget at the bottom shows whether your Gmail account is connected for ClarityOPS email. If it's disconnected, click the widget to head to Gmail Integration settings.
