Managing Clients and Contacts

Add, edit, and organize client records in ClarityNOW to track relationships across your pipeline and transactions.

Overview

ClarityNOW maintains a client database linked to your pipeline entries and transactions. Every lead, prospect, and past client can be tracked with contact information and grouped by relationship status.

Client Groups

Adding a Client

Clients can be added directly when creating a pipeline entry or transaction. Fill in the client name (required), phone number, email, and any additional contact details.

Editing Client Details

Navigate to the client record to update contact information, change their group, or add notes.

Client-Pipeline Connection

When you create a pipeline entry, you link it to a client record. This connection carries through when the pipeline converts to a transaction, giving you full relationship history.

Client-Transaction Connection

Transactions link to client records showing all deals (past and current) associated with that contact.
