Overview
ClarityNOW maintains a client database linked to your pipeline entries and transactions. Every lead, prospect, and past client can be tracked with contact information and grouped by relationship status.
Client Groups

| Past Client | Previous clients you've worked with |
| Future Client | Potential clients and prospects |
| Realtors/Vendors | Industry contacts, referring agents, vendors |
| Archive | Inactive or archived contacts |
| Pipeline | Clients currently in your active pipeline |
Adding a Client
Clients can be added directly when creating a pipeline entry or transaction. Fill in the client name (required), phone number, email, and any additional contact details.
Editing Client Details
Navigate to the client record to update contact information, change their group, or add notes.
Client-Pipeline Connection
When you create a pipeline entry, you link it to a client record. This connection carries through when the pipeline converts to a transaction, giving you full relationship history.
Client-Transaction Connection
Transactions link to client records showing all deals (past and current) associated with that contact.
