How to Read and Use the Pipeline Report

Track your prospects from lead to transaction with the Pipeline Report.

Overview

The Pipeline Report gives team owners a bird's-eye view of every active prospect across the team, organized by quality rating. It helps you forecast future closings and identify where to focus coaching efforts.

This report is available to team owners only and requires a Basic plan or higher.

Accessing the Report

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar
  3. Select Pipeline

Pipeline Rating System

Every prospect in ClarityNOW is assigned a rating from 5 to 10 based on how likely they are to transact:

Reading the Report

Summary Cards

At the top of the report, six cards display the total count of prospects at each rating level (10 through 5). This gives you an instant snapshot of pipeline health.

Agent Breakdown Table

Below the summary cards, a table shows each agent with their pipeline count per rating:

  • Each row is a team member
  • Each column is a rating (10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5)
  • The Grand Total column shows each agent's total active pipeline
  • A Totals row at the bottom sums the entire team

Click any number in the table to jump directly to the Sales Pipeline view, pre-filtered to that agent and rating.

Pipeline Types

  • Listing — Seller-side opportunities
  • Buyer — Buyer-side opportunities

Key Metrics

  • Pipeline Count — Number of active prospects at each stage
  • Pipeline Value — Total projected volume
  • Projected GCI — Estimated commission from pipeline deals
  • Projected Profit — Estimated profit after cost of sale

Exporting

Click Export to download the full pipeline report as a CSV file.

Tips

  • Focus coaching on agents with high counts at ratings 5–6 but low counts at 9–10 — they may need help advancing prospects
  • Use the clickable links to drill into specific pipeline segments during 1:1s
  • Review weekly to catch pipeline stalls early
