Property Fields

Adding a Property
Properties are typically created when adding a listing or transaction. Enter the address details — address, city, state, and zip are required fields.
Property-Listing Connection
When you create a listing, the property record is automatically associated. If the property already exists, you can link to the existing record.
Property-Transaction Connection
Transaction records include property details. When a pipeline entry converts to a transaction, the property information carries over.
