How to Integrate with QuickBooks

Connect ClarityNOW with QuickBooks to sync expenses and revenue automatically.

Overview

Connect ClarityNOW and QuickBooks to reduce double entries of data. The integration syncs expenses and revenue between both platforms.

Steps

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Click Portal Dashboard
  3. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and navigate to Integrations
  4. Find QuickBooks and click Launch
  5. You will be asked to log in to your QuickBooks account
  6. Sign in to your QuickBooks account
  7. Return to the ClarityNOW tab and click Authorize
  8. You will see "Integration Successful!"

What Syncs

From QuickBooks to ClarityNOW

  • Bill Payments — Synced as expenses
  • Purchases — Synced as expenses with account details
  • Invoices — Synced as revenue

From ClarityNOW to QuickBooks

  • Closed transaction revenue
  • Business expenses logged in ClarityNOW

Important

QuickBooks will only pull data to ClarityNOW starting from the date of integration. Historical data prior to the integration date will not be synced.
