Overview
If data isn't flowing from Follow Up Boss into ClarityNOW, the most common cause is that the integration hasn't been connected at the account owner level on both platforms.
What to Check
Confirm that the owner account in Follow Up Boss is the same account used to complete the ClarityNOW integration. Integrations completed under non-owner users can prevent data from transferring properly.
How to Find Your FUB Account Owner
- Log in to Follow Up Boss
- Navigate to Admin > Team
- The account owner will be listed with the "Owner" role
Make sure this is the same person whose ClarityNOW account has the integration connected. If not, disconnect and reconnect the integration using the owner's credentials on both platforms.
