Overview
This guide walks agents and Rainmakers through adding opportunities to the Sales Pipeline and converting them into transactions.
For Agents: Adding to the Pipeline
Step 1: Access the Sales Pipeline
- Log in to your agent account
- Click Dashboard
- Select Sales Pipeline from the left-hand menu
Step 2: Add a New Opportunity
- Click New in the top-right corner
- Enter information for any buyer or listing you're working with that is not yet active or under contract:
- Date, Buyer or Listing type, Price, Commission
- Primary Source, Client Information, Property Information
- Pipeline Stage: Nurture, Appointment Set, Appointment Held, Appointment Taken, Sold, or Out
Step 3: Set Rating & Follow-Up
- Select a Pipeline Rating (buying/selling this month, next month, two months out)
- Optionally set a Follow-Up Reminder with a date — triggers an email reminder and notification
Step 4: Transfer to the Rainmaker
- Once saved, click Actions
- Select Transfer
- Choose Transfer to Rainmaker
For Rainmakers: Processing Transfers
Step 5: Review Transferred Opportunities
- Log in to the Rainmaker account
- Click Sales Pipeline
- Click Filter and select Transferred
Step 6: Convert to a Listing or Transaction
- Click Actions on the transferred item
- Select Listing / Transaction
- Complete remaining fields: Status, Transaction Type, Unit Goal, Contingency, Income, Cost of Sale
Step 7: Assign the Sale
Under "Whose sale is this?", select the agent's name, enter their commission percentage, and click Submit.
