How Agents Add to the Pipeline and Transfer to the Rainmaker

Guide for agents on adding pipeline opportunities and transferring them to the Rainmaker.

Overview

This guide walks agents and Rainmakers through adding opportunities to the Sales Pipeline and converting them into transactions.

For Agents: Adding to the Pipeline

Step 1: Access the Sales Pipeline

  1. Log in to your agent account
  2. Click Dashboard
  3. Select Sales Pipeline from the left-hand menu

Step 2: Add a New Opportunity

  1. Click New in the top-right corner
  2. Enter information for any buyer or listing you're working with that is not yet active or under contract:
    • Date, Buyer or Listing type, Price, Commission
    • Primary Source, Client Information, Property Information
    • Pipeline Stage: Nurture, Appointment Set, Appointment Held, Appointment Taken, Sold, or Out

Step 3: Set Rating & Follow-Up

  1. Select a Pipeline Rating (buying/selling this month, next month, two months out)
  2. Optionally set a Follow-Up Reminder with a date — triggers an email reminder and notification

Step 4: Transfer to the Rainmaker

  1. Once saved, click Actions
  2. Select Transfer
  3. Choose Transfer to Rainmaker

For Rainmakers: Processing Transfers

Step 5: Review Transferred Opportunities

  1. Log in to the Rainmaker account
  2. Click Sales Pipeline
  3. Click Filter and select Transferred

Step 6: Convert to a Listing or Transaction

  1. Click Actions on the transferred item
  2. Select Listing / Transaction
  3. Complete remaining fields: Status, Transaction Type, Unit Goal, Contingency, Income, Cost of Sale

Step 7: Assign the Sale

Under "Whose sale is this?", select the agent's name, enter their commission percentage, and click Submit.
