Overview
The CEO Summary Report is your executive-level overview of business performance. It consolidates key metrics across all areas of your business into a single dashboard, with four different report types available from one screen.
Accessing the Report
- Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
- Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar
- Select CEO Summary
Filters
At the top of the report you can configure:
- Report Type — Choose between Monthly Summary, Broker/Franchise Fees, Projected Net Profits, or Business Plan
- Period — Toggle between Monthly or Quarterly view
- Year — Select any year from a 10-year range
Use the Show/Hide Filters button to collapse the filter bar and see more data.
Report Types
Monthly Summary
Displays your business performance broken down by month (or quarter), with the current period highlighted. Columns include:
- Closings — Number of transactions closed
- Pendings — Deals currently under contract
- Closed Volume — Total dollar volume of closed deals
- Pending Volume — Total dollar volume of pending deals
- Closed GCI — Gross Commission Income from closed transactions
- Pending GCI — GCI from pending transactions
- Cost of Sale — Broker fees, agent commissions, referral fees
- Gross Profit — GCI minus Cost of Sale
- Expenses — Monthly operating expenses
- Net Profit — Gross Profit minus Expenses
- Listing & Buyer Appointments — Appointments held, signed, and pending
A Totals row at the bottom sums all columns. This report can be exported to CSV.
Broker/Franchise Fees
Shows two donut charts tracking your progress toward annual fee caps:
- Broker Fees Paid — How much you have paid toward your yearly broker fee cap, with the remaining amount displayed
- Franchise Fees Paid — How much you have paid toward your annual franchise fee, with the remaining amount displayed
Each chart is color-coded:
- Green — On track
- Yellow — Approaching cap
- Red — Over cap or behind
Projected Net Profits
Forecasts your future earnings based on current pipeline data and pending transactions. Columns include:
- Pending Gross Profit — Estimated profit from pending deals
- Closed Gross Profit — Actual profit from closed deals
- Total Gross Profit — Combined pending and closed
- Estimated Expenses — Projected monthly expenses
- Actual Expenses — Real recorded expenses
- Estimated Net Profit — Projected profit based on pending deals
- Actual Net Profit — Real net profit from closed activity
The current month is highlighted. This report can be exported to CSV.
Business Plan
Compares your Economic Model projections against actual performance. The table shows three columns — Plan, Actual, and Difference — for these metrics:
- Average Sale Price — Planned vs actual
- Average GCI — Planned vs actual commission per deal
- Listing Taken % — Appointment-to-listing conversion rate
- Listings Taken to Close % — Listing-to-closing conversion rate
- % of Business From Listings — Listing vs buyer split
- Monthly Expenses Average — Budgeted vs actual spending
- Cost of Sale — Planned vs actual COS percentage
Differences are color-coded — green when actual exceeds plan, red when below. This report can be exported to CSV.
