How to Read and Use the Agent Production Report

Track individual agent performance with the Agent Production Report.

Overview

The Agent Production Report allows you to see how your individual agents are performing. It breaks down production metrics by agent, making it easy to identify top performers and coaching opportunities.

This report requires a Basic plan or higher.

Accessing the Report

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Navigate to Reports in the left sidebar
  3. Select Agent Production

Report Sections

Production Report

The Production Report shows performance for each agent over a selected date range. You can filter by:

  • Active/Inactive — Toggle the checkbox to include or exclude inactive agents
  • Team Member — Select a specific agent or view all
  • Report Type — Choose Listings, Sales, or Closings to control which columns appear
  • Date Range — Select from presets (Current Year, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Current Month, Last 3 Months) or set custom start and end dates

Depending on report type, columns include:

  • Listings Taken — Units, volume, and GCI for active and coming-soon listings
  • Listings Pended — Units, volume, and GCI for pending listing-side transactions
  • Buyers Pended — Units, volume, and GCI for pending buyer-side transactions
  • Total Pended — Combined pending from both sides
  • Listings Closed — Units, volume, and GCI for closed listing-side transactions
  • Buyers Closed — Units, volume, and GCI for closed buyer-side transactions
  • Total Closed — Combined closed from both sides

A Totals row at the bottom sums all agent data. Click Export to download as CSV.

Annual Agent Production

This section is available to team owners only and requires a Standard plan or higher.

Provides a full-year view of a single agent's performance with month-over-month or quarter-over-quarter comparisons.

  • Team Member — Select the agent to review (required)
  • Period — Monthly or Quarterly
  • Year — Select from a 10-year range
  • Active/Inactive — Toggle to include inactive agents

The table shows the selected agent's metrics across each month or quarter, with a totals column. This view can also be exported to CSV.

Tips

  • Review this report weekly during team meetings to celebrate wins and identify agents who may need support
  • Use the Closings report type for a clean view of completed deals only
  • Compare different date ranges to track agent improvement over time
