1. Review the CEO Summary
Start by pulling up the CEO Summary Report to give everyone a high-level view of the team's performance:
- Monthly closings and pendings
- Volume and GCI totals
- Net profit tracking
2. Check Goal/Gap
Review the Goal/Gap Report to see where the team stands relative to annual goals:
- Which metrics are on track (green)?
- Where are there gaps (red)?
- What adjustments need to be made?
3. Review Agent Production
Use the Agent Production Report to highlight individual performance:
- Celebrate top performers
- Identify agents who may need support
- Track listings taken, buyers sold, and closings
4. Review Daily Tracking
Check the Daily Tracking data to ensure agents are maintaining consistent activity:
- Are daily contact goals being met?
- Who is setting and keeping appointments?
5. Pipeline Review
Review the Pipeline Report to discuss upcoming opportunities:
- New leads in nurture
- Appointments set for the week
- Deals moving toward close
6. Action Items
End each meeting with clear action items based on the data reviewed.
