Managing Multiple Businesses

Add, configure, and switch between multiple business portals under your Enterprise account.

Overview

Enterprise accounts can manage multiple ClarityNOW businesses from a single login. Each business has its own team, data, integrations, and reports, while the Enterprise Dashboard aggregates metrics across all of them.

Viewing Your Businesses

Navigate to Enterprise to see all businesses under your account. Each business card shows key metrics and team size.

Switching Between Businesses

Click on any business to open its full portal. You'll have the same access as the business owner — Dashboard, Reports, Pipeline, Transactions, Financials, and Team management.

Adding a New Business

From the Enterprise page, click to create a new business. Set up the business name, invite team members, configure the economic model and business information for the new entity.

Business Independence

Each business maintains separate:

  • Data
  • Integrations (FUB, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Team members and roles
  • Economic models and budgets
  • Financial records

Only the Enterprise Dashboard aggregates data across businesses.

Tips

  • Set up each business with its own Economic Model for accurate per-business forecasting.
  • Use Enterprise Reports to compare performance across businesses.
  • Each business can have its own integrations configured independently.
