Overview
Coaching Groups let you segment your coaching roster into logical groups by office, market, experience level, or whatever makes sense for your program. Each group has its own stats, member table, and access to the CEO Report.
- Create, edit, and delete groups
- Add members via search and multi-select
- View aggregated group metrics
- Access the CEO Report for financial analysis
Creating a Group
- Go to CoachingNOW > Groups
- Click New Group
- Enter a group name in the modal
- Click Create
Editing and Deleting Groups
- Click Edit on a group to rename it
- Click Delete to remove the group (members aren't deleted, they stay in your roster)
Adding Members to a Group
- Open a group
- Click Add Members
- Use the search bar to find members
- Multi-select the members you want to add
- Click Save
Dual-Mode Toggle
Like the main roster, groups support a Team Members vs. Coaching Clients toggle to switch between the two views within the group.
Group Stats
At the top of each group page, stat cards show the group's aggregate metrics:
- Units - Total transaction units across group members
- Volume - Total sales volume
- GCI - Total gross commission income
Members / Clients Tab
The members table shows the same columns as the Coaching Roster:
- Name, Units, Units Progress %, Volume, Volume Progress %, GCI, GCI Progress %
- Progress bars with green/yellow/red color coding
Use the Sections dropdown on each row to go directly to a member's:
- Dashboard
- Reports
- Business Planning
CEO Report Tab
The CEO Report tab gives you a detailed financial breakdown for the group. See CEO Report for Coaches for full details.
