Overview
The CoachingNOW Dashboard is your home base for keeping tabs on coaching clients. See the big-picture metrics, check recent client activity, and jump into any client's detailed dashboard.
- View total and active client counts
- Track aggregate units and GCI across your roster
- Quickly access individual client dashboards
- Spot clients who need attention
Accessing the Dashboard
Click CoachingNOW in the left sidebar, or go directly to /coaching/dashboard.
Stat Cards
Four cards at the top show your high-level coaching metrics:
- Total Clients - Everyone in your coaching roster
- Active Clients - Clients currently active in ClarityNOW
- Total Units - Combined transaction units across all clients
- Total GCI - Combined gross commission income across all clients
Recent Clients
Below the stat cards, the Recent Clients section shows your most recently active clients. Each entry displays:
- Avatar - Client initials in a colored circle
- Name - Client's full name
- Email - Client's email address
- GCI - Client's current GCI
- Units - Client's current unit count
Click View on any client to open their full dashboard at /observatory/[slug]/dashboard.
Empty State
If you haven't added any coaching clients yet, you'll see an empty state with an Invite Clients button to get started.
