Getting Started
Begin by visiting claritynowre.com and selecting "Sign Up for Free." Choose the FREE Forever Plan option and click continue. Complete the registration form with your name, email, and password, then proceed to the second page where you'll enter your city, state, phone number, company/team name, and real estate role.
After registration, check your email for a verification link. Once verified, access the ClarityNOW Dashboard from your home page to begin onboarding.
Onboarding Process
During onboarding, fill out your business information based on your market, then navigate to team information. Scroll to the bottom and click Complete Onboarding (you'll add team members later). The system will then prompt you to create your economic model.
Economic Model Setup
Answer these foundational questions:
- Agent Status — Identify whether you're an individual agent, team owner, or team member
- Net Profit Goal — Enter your desired annual take-home amount
- Average Sales Price — Input your market's average (use team average if you're a Rainmaker)
- Average Commission — Specify your typical per-transaction payout
Listing Information
Define your listing performance metrics:
- Listing Conversion — What percentage of listing appointments result in signatures?
- Listing Closings — What percentage of signed listings close?
- Business Mix — What portion of your business comes from listings?
Buyer Information
- Buyer Conversion — What percentage of buyer appointments result in signatures?
- Buyer Closings — What percentage of signed buyers close?
The system automatically calculates your buyer business percentage.
Financial Configuration
Annual Expenses: Enter your average monthly business expenses (including salaries); the system annualizes this figure.
Cost of Sale — Broker & Franchise Caps: Specify maximum broker payouts and franchise/royalty fees, if applicable.
Cost of Sale — Agent-Specific Questions (varies by role):
- Rainmakers: How many listings and buyers will you personally sell? What percentage will you pay out to team members?
- Team members: Your payout percentage on listing and buyer sales
- Individual agents: These questions are skipped
Cost of Sale — Operational Expenses:
- ISA department details (if applicable)
- Number of referrals you'll pay annually and percentage per transaction
- Admin payments for closed listings and buyer transactions
- Additional cost-of-sale contingencies and emergency budget allocation
Seasonality
Enter what percentage of business will close in each quarter. The percentages will auto-populate but you can adjust them to match your market's patterns.
After filling all sections, click Submit to complete your business planning setup.
