How to Add a Touchpoint

Log your database communications, from direct mail to in-person events.

Overview

Touchpoints are where you log your connections with your database. From direct mail to in-person events, you can keep track of your communication in ClarityNOW.

Steps

  1. Log in to your ClarityNOW portal
  2. Click Portal Dashboard
  3. In the left sidebar, click Business Planning, then Lead Gen Model
  4. Scroll down to the "How will you communicate with your database?" section
  5. Fill in the following fields:
    • Touchpoint — Enter how you will connect with your database (e.g., direct mail, holiday cards, random gifts, phone calls, in-person visits, lunch invites)
    • Date — When will this touchpoint happen?
    • Who will receive this Touchpoint? — Be specific with what group of people will be receiving this
  6. Click Add Touchpoint to save

Your touchpoints will appear in the Lead Gen Model, helping you plan and track your database communication throughout the year.
